This documentary series features a number of very short episodes that include a blend of different moments in time from a personal perspective. They represent what it means to be mindful.
This series was inspired by the lessons Caitlin learnt from her Polariod a Day Project. It was to further explore the way we view our own lives by breaking them down into the small, usually unattractive moments whilst also demonstrating the extraordinary pace at which these moments pass. It is also a nod to her personal journey of practising mindfulness to enhance her daily wellbeing.
